Business FAQ

Is LinkU free to use?

It’s absolutely free for businesses to join LinkU, bid on jobs and complete jobs. There are absolutely no subscriptions, fees or ‘quoting credits’.

How does LinkU work?

We connect you with real customers for free! We send you a selection of suitable jobs based on your business profile. Simply choose the jobs that you’re interested in and send over a competitive quote. Find out how to make a complete quote here.

Can I offer multiple services?

Yes, you can add multiple services on your business profile.

I’m already registered on a few service seeker type platforms. How is LinkU different?

Unlike other service seeker platforms on the market, LinkU does not charge you – the service provider – any fees or points to quote. As a service provider you are not under contract and do not need to pay a subscription to be listed on LinkU.

Can I update my business profile?

Yes, you can update your business profile anytime after you have logged in. We encourage businesses to keep their profiles up to date by adding new services, updating new social media links and adding new service locations as soon as possible. This will help you be more attractive to customers and win more jobs.

How do I receive my payments?

All payouts are automatically and securely completed by LinkU’s built-in payment platform (available on the mobile app once it launches) and you will be automatically notified when the funds are dispatched to your account. LinkU’s payment platform streamlines financial-related business tasks like customer invoicing, job reports and payment logs as well.

Can I add my team members on LinkU?

You can add your entire team on your LinkU business account for free. The app allows you to delegate your team members to jobs and let them chat directly to customers. As everything is stored on your business profile, you can also monitor and review staff and business performance on the app and make the necessary adjustments and training to staff and business processes.

I have a business. Can I list my business on LinkU?

Absolutely! You can sign up your business using our businesses account creation portal here. Once the mobile app launches, you can scroll through our task finder, bid on jobs and connect with local customers! While the mobile app is in development, one of our friendly team members will be in touch with upcoming job opportunities.

Is LinkU available as a mobile app?

LinkU will be launching soon as a mobile app on Android and iOS! We’re currently in the final stages of testing. Click here if you’d like to be notified when our app is available!
